Statement of Faith

I believe in one God who is our Heavenly Father, Jesus Christ, who is the Son and the Holy Spirit, Creator of all things.

I believe His love for mankind was most beautifully displayed when He sent His only Son, Jesus Christ, to this earth. “God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son, that whoever believes in Him
should not perish but have everlasting life” (John 3:16).  I believe Jesus is the Son of God and He was
born of a virgin to become our Savior and Messiah.

I believe that “Jesus is the way, the truth, and the life” and no one comes to the Father except through Him (John 14:6).  I believe that salvation cannot be found in another other, for there is no other name under heaven given among men by which we must be saved (Acts 4:12).  Mankind is sinful by nature; therefore, no human has the ability to make himself/herself pure enough to stand in God’s holy presence. But covered under the precious Blood of Jesus we can come boldly to God. I believe that salvation, the
forgiveness of sins, and the promise of eternal life is available to all of us who put our faith in Jesus, the Savior.

I believe that “if we confess our sins, He is faithful and just to forgive us our sins and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness” (1 John 1:9).  I believe we cannot live a healthy and successful life apart from receiving God’s forgiveness to us and our extending forgiveness to others

I believe in the gifts of the Spirit, and the evidence of the fruit of the Spirit. I believe that all of these are available to believers. The Holy Spirit bears witness to each spiritual rebirth by indwelling , empowering, and giving spiritual gifts to each believer (child of God) as He wills (1 Corinthians 12:8-11) 

I believe the God “is able to do exceedingly abundantly above all that we ask or think, according to the power that works in us” (Ephesians 4:3).  I believe God has more for us than we can imagine if we live His way and let Him live through us.

I believe that “the things which are impossible with men are possible with God” (Luke 18:27). 
I believe that God is the God of the impossible.

I cherish God’s words which, are the Holy Bible and wholeheartedly believe them to be true and authoritative. They are life to me and serve as a beacon to teach, guide, encourage, comfort, and reveal God’s heart.
