I became very compulsive in my exercises in addition to not eating.  I was very frail and weak having lost nearly 25 lbs for being petite to begin with.

I began my emotional healing at that time and started to heal from my eating disorder.  In order for me to do so I stepped away from exercise and working out for many years in fear that I would be compulsive with it.  I began my healing journey nearly 17 years ago and God has healed my heart in many area,
including anorexia As I got stronger in my healing I exercised on and off throughout the years but nothing significant in terms of really getting fit and working with personal trainers.

I am so excited to have met Ashley Poptodorov.  She and her husband, Alex are Owners of AAP Fitness.  My husband, Rich and I are working closely with them and their team of trainers.  Alex has provided us a diet and supplement plan based on a metabolic questionnaire he gave us.  Rich and I are following the plan and both are having significant results.

We started approximately a month ago (August 9, 2011).  Ashley measured our BMI that day and then 4
weeks later (September 8^th). I lost 10% body fat, lost 11.88 lbs of body fat, and gained 8.38 of muscle.  They are continuing to work with me to get my body fat % lower and in a healthy range.  I am so excited to see myself more toned and feeling physically fit.  This has improved my sleeping pattern, more energy, and an overall great feeling about myself.   Rich is doing awesome, too.  Having lost 3% body fat and gained 3lbs of muscle.  He started out in better shape than myself.  Alex and Ashley are working with him now to build muscle.  Rich is doing great!!

“Heavenly Father, I come to you in the name of Jesus. Your word says in Acts 2:21… “And everyone who calls on the name of the Lord will be saved.”  And I am calling on you.  I pray and ask you, Jesus, to come into my heart and to be Lord over my life according to Romans 10:9-10… “ If you declare with your mouth, “Jesus is Lord,” and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved”.  I do that now.  I confess that Jesus IS Lord, and I believe in my heart that God raised Him from the dead. I ask that you forgive me of my sins and help me to turn from them and look to You for direction and purpose, according to 1 John 1:9, If we confess our sins, he is faithful and just and will forgive us our sins and purify us from all unrighteousness”.

Lord, You also said in your  Word, “So if you sinful people know how to give good gifts to your children, how much more will your heavenly Father give the Holy Spirit to those who ask him”  according to Luke 11:13.  I am also asking you to fill me with the Holy Spirit… Holy Spirit, rise up within me as I praise You, God. I fully expect to speak with other tongues as you give me the utterance according to Acts 2:4… “All of them were filled with the Holy Spirit and began to speak in other tongues as the Spirit enabled them”.
